The new owners of this condo wanted a fresh start for their next chapter. We made every square inch of this penthouse their own including the terrace with a gorgeous view of the Indianapolis skyline.

This private estate got a complete makeover by its new owners.
The bones of this home were solid so we had a great start. Today its owners enjoy the newly created open spaces.
Highlights of this project include the authentic reclaimed hardwood floors, reclaimed barn-wood accents, custom steel and glass doors, and custom cabinetry.
We also repurposed one bay of the garage and created an amazing new Spa.

This home near Broad Ripple needed a complete overhaul and had been completely redone and is ready for a new owner. This gorgeous, completely renovated home in highly desired Washington Township!
Once our improvements were completed this home went on the market and had multiple offers in the first week. It sold for the highest price per square foot in the neighborhood...ever!! 
This Mid-Century Modern home originally built in 1953 has been 100% renovated and modernized, perfect for a growing family! Completed updates include new windows, new 200amp electrical service panel, new custom lighting throughout, and new water softener. Both bathrooms redone with new cabinets, countertops, ceramic flooring, tiled shower/tub, lighting, and fixtures, with updated plumbing! Flooring includes beautiful new laminate in Kitchen, Entry, Living Room, and Hallways, refinished hardwoods, and brand-new carpet! Plus, many charming features original to this sprawling floorplan.

This basement finish helped ease the growing pains for this family. It was important to create space for both the adults as well as the kids and their friends to feel comfortable.
One multi purpose room functions as both guest bedroom (see cool Murphy bed) as well as exercise room.

Our client purchased this property primarily for the acreage and close proximity to family.
The 70’s ranch home had a good foundation and was structurally sound. Nearly everything on the interior needed replacement. We stripped the walls back to bare studs and started over with completely new plumbing, electric, and HVAC.
When we finished, the home was then ready for its new owners to continue raising their family with the knowledge that they now had a worry free and completely updated home!

William's Creek Project

This well built home was ready for some updates.
Its owners love the original classic architecture and wanted to keep those elements in place. Updates to the kitchen included some new cabinetry and an awesome new walnut island with beautiful stone top. Other improvements include new flooring, lighting, and an amazing new custom hood over the cook-top.
Other improvements also included opening up the space between the kitchen and informal dining area, updates to the cozy living area, and new cabinetry for the laundry/workstation. Also included were improvements to the powder bath, and back hall. Especially interesting was creating a special built-in space for an antique monk's bench that needed a home.

This screen porch and pergola were the finishing touches for this owners retreat.
